All garments are made-to-order, and we begin production as soon as your order is confirmed. Please allow: 3–4 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the garment.

Shipping is free to UK customers.

International customers should email us before ordering.

Shipping times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather-related events once the item has left our studio.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your made-to-order garment, we offer returns for a full refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing: info@soder.studio including your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• The request must be approved by Söder Studio before you send the return.

• Return shipping for a refund is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

• Return shipping for store credit is covered by seller (Söder Studio)

In the case of a faulty item, please email us at info@soder.studio with your order number in the subject within 7 days of receipt (ideally as soon as possible), including a clear description and photos of the fault.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days or issue store credit, based on your preference.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns on garments that have been made with custom measurements or personalized alterations.

• Items returned in a worn or damaged state (e.g., makeup stains, odors, visible wear) will not be eligible for a refund.
